How do I get set up with Eazystock?

You’ll have a dedicated customer success manager to help get you set up in 3 easy steps.

Connect your ERP – We’ll connect EazyStock to your ERP using a secure cloud-based connection. Here are the ERPs we connect with, but if your ERP isn’t listed, don’t worry. We will investigate how to connect.
Sync inventory data – We sync your inventory data with Eazystock.
Start optimising stock – Eazystock automatically starts forecasting demand, calculating reorder points, and generating smart order proposals, helping you reduce stockouts, cut excess stock, and improve cash flow.

EazyStock works with Business Central, full stop. EazyStock is a third-party provider we hold up as a shining example of how things should be and the minimum levels we expect. If providers aren’t meeting those levels, we review them.

The fact that EazyStock integrated so seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics BC was a huge plus for us. We were worried about the transition, but it went smoothly. We were able to start optimising our inventory almost immediately.

What’s great about EazyStock is that we can see this benefit occurring every day; we don’t have to wait until year-end. We can then report on these savings and changes monthly and share them amongst our management team.

We used an ERP, Merlin, to a degree but it was a very manual process. The EazyStock implementation was exceptionally good. I don’t think we’ve ever had such a good onboarding for a new system.

The integration to Business Central worked very smoothly, and the implementation was easy. I could have hired someone now and they could have sat down in EazyStock and started working straight away. It’s that user-friendly!
