Predicting customer questions before they’re even asked, an unshakeable love for ice cold Irn Bru, and a political career that almost happened. We sat down with Sania, one of our Customer Success Managers, to talk about life at EazyStock and a few things you probably didn’t expect. Grab a cuppa and get to know the person behind the emails.

It’s been quite the journey. I don’t come from a tech or software background, so there was a little hesitation and fear at the start that I might not be able to support the team as much as I would like. However, the level of training and support I got from the CSMs and the wider team was truly exceptional. Not a tech guru yet, but getting there!
I don’t think I would’ve been able to help customers in the capacity that I can now if I hadn’t worked in supply chain. It makes a massive difference to know the pain points and struggles that the supply chain department faces. Not only has my experience in supply chain allowed me to have a better understanding of their needs, but it also helps me to predict what they are going to say next! 😄 It’s a superpower at this point.
Regardless of the type of business, all supply chain areas face the same issues. The hesitation to pause and fix the core issues also seems to be universal.

Cliché to say, but no two days are the same. Some days it’s on-site with customers; other days are spent checking data and configuring systems, while rare days entail just answering emails.
Trust is a big theme, especially for new customers. Having worked in supply chain and being on the receiving end of new system implementations, it’s an understandable challenge.
Customers can find it hard to pull information from their brain, add it to a system, and simply just trust it to help with their job which they have been doing, in some cases, for decades. Like any relationship, we take the time to understand them and their business and listen to their concerns. I’ve been very lucky that my customers have put their faith in me and trust me to recommend what is best practice for them and their team.
One of my customers experienced a big change which left the team with many questions. The supply chain manager who had worked with Eazystock and helped implement it across multiple sites was moving to a new role and left big shoes to fill. I worked with the team and the new supply chain manager to ensure a smooth transition and multiple training sessions, along with onsite workshops to ensure we had a smooth transition, and the team was able to carry on as normal.

Travel. I’m also very nosy and love knowing things. Travelling allows me to talk to people that I might never see again and share moments and stories that stay with me for a long time.
Very controversial, but Irn Bru. I don’t drink it very often, but when I do it has to be ice-cold. Very useful when my days are filled with never-ending emails.
I almost went into politics!
