While everyone across the world continues to navigate the uncertainty of COVID-19, EazyStock is committed to supporting your business throughout the course of this pandemic and to ensure continuity of service at all times.

We are fortunate to be part of a larger organisation, Syncron, with a broad customer portfolio that consists of both large enterprises and SME’s. Syncron has an extensive product team, stable IT-infrastructure, and a large globally distributed support organisation. This gives us confidence that we will be able to continue to service our customers and partners without disruption.

Of course, the health and welfare of our employees is a priority. We are following guidelines from local government and public health authorities across the globe, and we have put measures in place to allow our employees to securely work off-site.

Specific actions include:

  • Scaling up the internal VPN infrastructure to ensure employees are well-equipped to work remotely.
  • The Executive Committee of Syncron is meeting daily to discuss and assess the impact of COVID-19 on our customers’ businesses.
  • Promoting virtual collaboration best practices both internally and externally to enhance communication abilities.
