From the start, they will be with you: getting to know your business, setting up your connection to EazyStock, and always being on hand for any support you need – whether that’s a call, email or trip to the office.

Implementing new software and ensuring it’s set up correctly can be time-consuming and frustrating when left to your own devices. Your customer success manager takes all that frustration away by getting to know you and your business so that they can tailor your onboarding and set-up process. Your CSM will run an initial workshop to fully understand your business so that they can configure EazyStock to suit your needs. We love to get out on site and visit our customers, so we’ll come and do your training in your offices. This ensures we can get things set up to make your life easier. A crucial part of setting up EazyStock is ensuring your data pulls through correctly to EazyStock. Your customer success manager will work with you to validate the data and adjust any parameters. Once we’ve validated your data, the inventory world is your oyster!
If you’re worried about expensive upgrades, EazyStock has your back. All your upgrades are included in the cost, so there won’t be any costly surprises, which should keep your finance team happy!
We spread our training over a couple of sessions so you can take the time to learn the system in the most simple and effective way. We even do the system testing with you. We will give you tasks to practice to build your confidence before going live, but we’re always at the end of the phone or email to offer advice and support.
If something doesn’t look right or you’ve forgotten some of your training, just contact your customer success manager. We’re more than happy to come out and visit you whenever you need us – we’ll let you know how we like our coffee.
Once you go live, your customer success manager will still be there to offer any support you need. Even if you don’t need support, they’ll check in with you regularly to ensure everything is on track. As part of this, they’ll conduct regular health checks to ensure you’re meeting your success milestones.
