In case of on-premise installations, Syncron may also be considered as a data processor as long as it renders implementation and support services and consequently has access to customer databases containing end user personal data. To set out legal framework for processing of end users personal data by Syncron, we encourage all our customers to enter into Syncron standard Data Processing Addendum (DPA) which is compatible with the GDPR and favorable for our customers. We will cooperate with your data controller to exercise your rights.
