With four years at EazyStock, our Channel Manager Mathias Ahlnander has focused on building strong partner relationships and helping customers get the most value from our solutions. In this Q&A, he shares what drives him, both in his work and in life outside the office.

It’s a lot of things. I have great colleagues, which makes a huge difference. Even though EazyStock is part of Syncron, it still has that start-up feeling where things move quickly, and there’s always something new to work on.
I think a big part of my role is making sure our partners have a complete understanding of EazyStock and everything they need to deliver it successfully. The product itself is amazing, so the focus is really on helping customers use it in the right way and get real value from it.
I try to be there for them and keep communication open. I really enjoy working through a partner strategy because there are three sides that all need to succeed – us, the partner, and the end customer. Making sure everyone is happy and getting value from the relationship is a challenge, but that’s exactly what motivates me.

Hmm… maybe a really cold Pepsi, especially if I’m working outside during the summer.
I love fishing. I’m that guy who wakes up at 5am, quietly leaves the house while my wife and kid are still asleep, and heads out to the water. It’s not just about the fishing itself, it’s also like meditation for me.

Sports, spending time with family, and great food (I’m a huge foodie!)
I think the times we’re living in are going to make solutions like EazyStock even more important for businesses. I’ve always enjoyed building relationships, but turning those relationships into thriving partnerships and successful businesses is really what drives me. That’s what I’m pushing for.
