With nearly eight years at EazyStock and a long-standing career in supply chain leadership behind him, our Customer Success Manager Jonas Borgman brings a rare blend of practical experience and customer-first thinking to the team. Having previously held roles such as Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Director, he understands firsthand the pressures our customers face and what it really takes to drive meaningful change.
In this Q&A, we sat down with him to talk about his journey, how his background shapes the way he supports customers today, and what keeps him motivated after almost a decade at EazyStock.

I feel most proud when customers come back and tell us that they wouldn’t be able to manage without EazyStock. Knowing that I’ve helped them reach that point, and that our solution makes a real difference in their business, is incredibly motivating.
Many of the inventory challenges our customers face are challenges I’ve dealt with myself earlier in my career. In many cases, I’ve actually had the exact same role as the customer I’m meeting with, which gives me a very practical understanding of their day-to-day reality. That firsthand experience helps me quickly grasp their challenges, speak their language, and work with them to find solutions that are realistic, relevant, and truly add value.

My favorite part is analysing customers’ challenges and breaking down problems that initially seem very complex. I really enjoy digging into the details and finding a clear, practical solution that helps the customer move forward.
Many customers have told me how much they value having a dedicated Customer Success Manager. They really appreciate having a single point of contact who already understands their setup and challenges, and who they can reach out to for quick, relevant answers and solutions. That continuity and familiarity make a real difference in their day-to-day work.
Coffee. Lots of it. Possibly more than recommended, but it gets the job done.

Spending time outdoors really keeps me going, especially any kind of activity in the Stockholm archipelago. Being out in nature helps me recharge, clear my head, and come back with fresh energy.
I’ve done around 250 skydives, although it was quite a long time ago. These days, I keep my feet a bit more firmly on the ground!
