EazyStock is a “startup” within Syncron, a global market leading company developing solutions for inventory optimisation. Whilst Syncron’s client base is made of up of large enterprises like JCB, Mazda, and Hitachi, EazyStock works with small to medium sized companies, helping them optimise their inventories and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction without having excess capital tied up in redundant stock.

We are now looking for a driven marketer with an entrepreneurial mindset who would like to take the opportunity to build something from scratch. Our UK team is small, and as the first dedicated marketer on site, it will be your job to take our global marketing strategy and translate it into regional tactics.

Job description:

As a UK Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and running marketing programs and activities in the UK and Irish market. With support from our digital team in Bangalore, India, you will develop content that enhance our google rankings and position us as a thought leaders. You will be responsible for building the EazyStock brand in the UK, working closely together with our local customer success and sales team to find the messaging and channels that resonate with our UK. You will plan and execute innovative campaigns and events to generate leads, as well as communicate with media, influencers and the community online.


Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Produce content like blog posts, white papers, videos, webinars, case studies, infographics etc to boost our search engine rankings in the UK.
  • Manage our UK web page. Our digital marketing team is responsible for the performance, you are responsible for the content.
  • Plan and execute innovative campaigns online and offline to generate qualified leads to our sales team.
  • Develop a branding strategy to get our name and brand values known to the market in UK and Ireland.
  • Communicate with media, influencers and the community online and offline to build relations and get our story out in third party channels.
  • Plan and manage big and small events like trade shows, seminars, own events and partner events, in the UK and Ireland.
  • Work closely with our local customer success and sales team as well as the global marketing team, to translate global strategies into local tactics.

Candidate Profile

You are an entrepreneurial minded individual, with a few years of experience from marketing in the tech world, ideally from working with B2B SaaS-solutions. You are fluent in English and a strong writer with an instinctive feel for great copy. You have to be a natural team player and project leader, who can drive projects from start to finish and inspire people to work with you towards short- and long-term goals.  

Your strategic mind and the ability to translate our global strategy into local tactics will be useful when experimenting to find activities that contribute to our high-level goals. 

But more important are your ambitions, you are eager to take your next career-step, take full ownership of a market and be a part of an exciting journey. We have a proven software that helps small and mid-sized businesses take their inventory management to new heights and we need your help to conquer the UK and Irish markets.

 Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally from a B2B SaaS-solution within the ERP, Supply Chain, retail or e-commerce space  
  • Experience from at least two of the following areas: 
    • Inbound or content marketing
    • Campaigns
    • Branding 
    • PR
  • You need to have a good understanding of SEO, PPC and other digital marketing concepts but you don’t need to be an expert.
  • You need to be a strong writer with a passion for copy writing and content production 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, a self-starter but a team-worker and a good project leader. 
  • Experience from any of the following areas is a plus:

    • Event management
    • Social marketing and community management
    • Channel and partner marketing
    • Digital marketing
  • You are a curious individual, eager to keep up with the latest trends and constantly try new concepts.
