Business Development Manager - Sweden
EazyStock is a “startup” within Syncron, a global market leading company developing solutions for after market service optimization. Whilst Syncron’s client base is made of up of large enterprises (e.g. Manitowoc, Mazda, DTNA and JCB), EazyStock work with small to medium sized companies, helping them to optimize their inventories and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction without having excess capital tied up in redundant inventory.
We at EazyStock are an entrepreneurial and international team operating in Europe, Asia and the USA, developing and selling the best cloud-based inventory optimization software solution on the market. Nevertheless, we know that we can only help SMB’s if they know about EazyStock, and how this best-in-class solution will improve their customer satisfaction, increase their profits and reduce their inventory investment! Due to strong business growth we are now seeking a self-motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.

As a BDM at EazyStock you will work closely with the regional team to promote EazyStock in strategically identified communities. You will be an evangelist for EazyStock, both on and offline, championing the awesome power of our solution to revolutionise SMB stock holding businesses. You will work closely with the regional Marketing Manager, focusing on in target communities and in-target prospects to generate a solid pipeline of sales opportunities. You will also work closely with our Partner team to support with channel business development. You will then, in collaboration with the regional Customer Success Management team, support with bringing these prospects from opportunity stage to customer.
The nature of this challenge means that the role is very broad. Some days you may be researching prospects or communities, some days you will be attending events either as a guest or representing EazyStock, some days you will be following up on leads and working with partners, some days you will be supporting sales meetings, most days you will be actively engaged on social media, and yes, some days you will be hitting the phone trying to get leads!
In short, your mission is to apply pipeline generation skills to identify and acquire new SMB prospects in order to grow and develop our presence in the UK. You are a business generation machine, willing to do whatever it takes to generate sales pipeline, and ultimately new EazyStock customers.
