Due to strong business growth we are now seeking an additional Customer Sucess Manager to join our team in Chicago, USA. Job description As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you are the face of EazyStock within your region and an integral part of the EazyStock team. In every interaction with our customers, and our potential customers your focus is on, “how can I help this business achieve further success”! The Customer Success Manager role is an exciting and broad one with responsibility for both the onboarding and day to day management of existing customers and partners, as well as supporting and in some cases leading new business acquisition activities. Job Responsibilities Include New customer Acquisition – As a CSM you will take responsibility from the early stages of the new customer acquisition process, bringing leads through the sales funnel from early stage to adoption. It includes making the initial pitch and stating the EazyStock value proposition, demonstrating the EazyStock solution, and helping prospects work out the potential ROI. Managing Existing Customers – As a CSM you will collaborate with our EazyStock Implementation Team to ensure that new EazyStock customers Get Started with EazyStock efficiently and quickly proceed to full adoption. When a customer is live with EazyStock the CSM, with the support of our implementation team, will proactively follow up with to ensure maximum value is achieved and our customer’s business objectives are fully realized. Supporting partners with onboarding and pre-sale – EazyStock has a sizeable and expanding partner network. The CSM will support partners with training, onboarding of new customers, and in a pre-sale capacity as required. Our CSM’s represent the “face” of the EazyStock business to the partner’s clients. The CSM will also support with the growth of our partner network within their region. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial individual, passionate about developing the EazyStock business as well as helping your customers realize their full potential. Excellent relationship building skills are a must, as well as a strong ability to organize and structure your own work in a disciplined way. You must be able to create and execute defined plans and possess fantastic written and verbal communication skills. We foresee you are a talented and ambitious individual. You have the potential to learn the EazyStock application, and that you can understand the solution and the business values it brings to our customers. You have knowledge of inventory management processes and principles, and ideally some experience of managing software implementation projects. Candidate Requirements Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. High level of integrity and work ethic. Educated to University level. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Technical/domain experience in inventory, warehouse or supply chain management is a strong advantage.
